This is the best ice-cream you can buy. They have almost 20 several flavors from Vanilla to Irish Cream. They use first class products, chocolate that melts in your mouth, caramel, cream.
Many of the flavors are low on fat especially Vanilla and Coffee. When I have some troubles with my digestion, I take a Vanilla. With each spoonful of Vanilla my stomach feels better and better.
