Payment
Payment must be made in full 10 working days prior to the course start date. CRISP/ LMS reserves the right to allocate the course place to another delegate if payment of fees is not received within the specified period. CRISP/ LMS accepts cash or cheque only.

Price
All price lists, advertising matter and introductory consultations issues by CRISP are indicative only as to the price and range of services available from time to time.The price of services shall be the price quoted by CRISP and agreed by the Customer, at the time of booking a Course or by Contract.Crisp reserves the right, without notice, to amend quoted prices at any time prior to the time of booking or Contract.Unless otherwise stated all prices are inclusive of VAT.

Cancellation
All cancellations must be received in writing or via email and must contain full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details.All cancellations will be confirmed in writing along with an invoice for any fees due. The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a course: 20+ working days before a course = 0% More than 10 working days but less than 20 working days 25% More than 5 working days but less than 10 working days 50% Less than 5 days before a course 75% 24 hours before a course 100%

Course dates and venues
CRISP/ LMS reserves the right, without notice, to amend quoted dates and venues at any time prior to the time of booking or Contract. In the event of a cancellation where an alternative venue cannot be provided in respect of that course a full refund will be offered.

CRISP/ LMS are will not offer refunds for cancellations that are made beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, fire or flood or industrial action.
